Due to the high hardness of the molten slag splashed in the nozzle of the welding torch, the traditional method of clearing the gun is to directly use the pneumatic reamer for reaming. The result is rapid wear of the reamer and the nozzle, shortening the service period, due to the pneumatic hinge The knife is very powerful (8-12NM) and will cause some damage to the torch. Therefore, the clearing device adopts a new method of cleaning slag to avoid the above problem, and the internal clearing action is divided into four steps.
In the first step, the welding slag of the nozzle port is automatically disengaged from the nozzle by the mechanical mechanism inside the product.
The second step is to cut the welding wire at the end of the wire by using a disc-type rolling scissors. The biggest feature of this wire-cutting method is that all the disc-shaped blades are double-sided cutting edges, which is convenient for turning over the edge of the blade for a long time. On one side, a new set of cutting edges can be used, and the entire disc scissors blade can be used for life with the clearing device, reducing the cost of customer use.
In the third step, the reamer penetrates the inner cavity of the nozzle to clean the residual slag. Since the main slag has been removed from the nozzle surface by the function of step one, the service life of the reamer can be maximized.
The fourth step, spray anti-splash silicone oil, because we use a timed, quantitative injection method, the initial injection volume is only 0.4 ml, so that the anti-splash silicone oil is fully atomized and covers the nozzle and avoids multiple sprays, no waste ,save costs.
The above four steps are automatically operated inside the clearing device without external intervention. The cleaned welding slag and residual oil are concentrated in the double-drawer slag liquid inside the clearing device from the separate sump box for convenient sorting.
