Product Description
Tower flanges are ring-shaped connectors that are used to assemble the bodies of the steel towers supporting the wind turbines. Tower flange is an important wind power component for tower connection which is installed with six or seven flanges in a wind turbine. Tower Flange consists of three parts: Bottom Flange, Middle Flange, Top Flange.
Production instructions
Our factory mainly produced large wind turbine tower flange, large size forged rings and a variety of forging parts. So far, the largest diameter size of our large slewing rings and forged parts could reach 8000mm, the single unit weight could reach 15 tons. The products type mainly include large wind turbine tower flange, power engineering connecting flange, The products are mainly suitable for 1500kw-6MW large wind turbine generator system(WTGS). The annual production capability of the factory can reach to 50000 tons large ring forgings , 2000 sets large wind turbine tower flanges.
In addition to wind tower flanges, BAITE FLUID can supply wind tower door frames and foundation template and embed rings welded, machined and drilled at our Nacogdoches, Texas facility.
